Washington D.C. [USA], Jan. 20 : Blake Lively, who bagged the award for People's Choice's 'Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress' for her performance in 'The Shallows', took the stage to specially gush over her husband Ryan Reynolds.
During her acceptance speech, the 29-year-old star said, "Thank you to my husband, who is everything to me." "It's true," she reaffirmed.
And after hearing the loud applause for Reynolds, Lively jokingly told the crowd, "You can't have him! He's mine!" Lively also took the moment to congratulate her fellow nominees and voiced about "girl power" in the industry.
"When you guys voted for this, you didn't just vote for this movie or me but you voted for girl power," Lively expressed.
The 2017 People's Choice Awards took place in Los Angeles and most Hollywood's hottest stars including Sarah Jessica Parker, Priyanka Chopra, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Bell, and many others were in attendance.
Reynods also bagged the award for 'Favourite Movie Actor' while his 'Deadpool' won in the 'Favourite Action Movie' category.
