Chori Chori Chupke Chupke is a family thriller from Abbas-Mustan. It is a unique movie because there is no crime or villain or vamp and not a single negative character in the film.

The movie keeps you on the edge of your seat and it is an unusual movie because it deals with the intriguing web of human relationships.

Chori Chori Chupke Chupke revolves around three people. Raj Malhotra (Salman Khan), the scion of a rich industrialist family, who is adored by all his near and dear ones. Priya (Rani Mukherjee), who comes from an extremely rich family, yet is very sweet-natured and adjusting, for her, her family comes first, and their happiness means everything to her. Madhoo (Preity Zinta) is the surprise element of the film. She is a dancer willing to make sacrifices for a sum of money. She carries their child in her womb. It is a love story of three friends ending not in tragedy but in the totality of their relationships.

It is a love story coloured with the bloom of youth and filled with melodious music. It is a complete family entertainer that succeeds in arousing your curiosity at times and also keeps you in suspense till the very end. This movie most certainly does not deal with the eternal love triangle.

Raj is the grandson of Kailashnath Malhotra (Amrish Puri), who loves Raj no end, who in turn simply worships him. Ranjit Malhotra (Dalip Tahil) inspite of being Raj's father is more his friend and guide while Farida Jalal is his loving mother. Raj is married to Priya but she cannot conceive and on so they ask Madhoo who is willing to be the surrogate mother.

Johny Lever is Pappu Bhai. Brought up like a son of the family, he has friends in high places and is great at making things work with just one phone call! Prem Chopra is Dr. Balraj, the most trusted friend and advisor of the family.

The music in the movie is not what you would call as being extraordinary. They are appealing in an average sense and the album falls short of expectations. It ends up being a mixed bag - some nice love songs, some nice wedding songs, but also some horrible tracks worth forgetting.
