Fried Noodle Salad
Ingredients Recipe
Cucumber Capsicum Tomato Lettuce leaves Carrots Spring onions)-----Shredded 2 cups
1 ½ tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Soya sauce
½ tsp Ajinamoto
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger juice
Boil 100 gm noodles.
Drain, sprinkle 1 tsp refined flour.
Fry in hot oil.
Mix dressing with vegetables, garnish well with fried noodles.

Russian Salad
Ingredients Recipe
1 ½ cups boiled and diced
½ cup diced Cucumber
½ cup diced Apple
Salt and Pepper
1 cup thick Curds
½ cup Cream
½ tsp Mustard powder
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
(Beans Carrots Peas Potatoes)
Mix well

Minty Salad
Ingredients Recipe
Green peas ½ cup diced
Cucumber ½ cup diced
Capsicum ½ cup diced
Tomato ½ cup diced
Paneer ½ cubes diced
Corn ½ cup boiled
Bread croutons ½ cup
Spring onions ½ cup
Mint leaves 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Limejuice 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Green chilli 1
Grind together. Mix well. Toss with salad.

Sprouted Moong Salad
Ingredients Recipe
Sprouted Moong 2 cups steamed
Cabbage 1 cup finely shredded
Spring Onions 6 finely chopped
Green Chillies 2 finely sliced
Coriander leaves ½ cup chopped
Fresh coconut ½ cup grated
Sugar ½ tspn
Lime Juice 1 tbspn
Oil 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle the grated coconut and coriander on top.

Raw Papaya Salad
Ingredients Recipe
Green Papaya 3 cups peeled and grated
Garlic 5 cloves crushed
Red Chillies pound coarsely with the garlic
Lemon Juice 3 tbspn
Peanuts 3 tbspns roasted and coarsely crushed
Soy Sauce 1 tspn
Sugar 1 tbspn
Tamarind juice 3 tbspns
Salad leaves a few
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients well.

Arrange salad leaves on a bowl and serve the salad on this.


Spanish Salad
Ingredients Recipe
Olive Oil 1 cup
Vinegar Red ½ cup
Onion ½ cup chopped
Sugar ¼ cup
Paprika 1 tspn
Mustard pwd 1 tspn
Salt 1 tspn
Pepper ½ tspn
3 cups
Spinach, Peppers, Boiled baby potatoes, Lettuce, artichokes, boiled green beans, Boiled corn etc.
Mix the dressing well. Pour on chilled vegetables and serve.
French salad
Ingredients Recipe
Iceberg Lettuce1 head cut into squares
Capsicums 2 cut into strips
Spring Onions 5-6 chopped finely
Tomatoes 2 cubed
Spinach 4-5 leaves cut into squares
Walnuts 50 gms chopped
Celery 4 sticks chopped
Mix the dressing well. Pour on chilled vegetables and serve.
WaterMelon Salad
Ingredients Recipe
500g watermelons
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves, sprigs for garnish lime juice
Pinch of salt & freshly ground black pepper
Remove skin, seed and the white part from the watermelon.
Cut into bite size pieces and put it in a serving bowl.
Drizzle limejuice over the fruit slices and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Garnish with whole sprigs of mint.
Serve chilled.
