Drogba says 'last few months of his life have been like some movie'
Posted online: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 4:54:08 PM

London, May 23: Departing Chelsea striker Drogba has said that his career at Chelsea has been like a fantasy ride, and a movie could be made out of it.

Drogba jokingly said that if a producer is looking for someone to play the role, then there is only one contender.

"Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes said I'm a good actor, so maybe me," the Daily Mirror quoted Drogba, as saying.

It has been a roller-coaster ride for the Ivory Coast international since he joined Chelsea in 2004, winning three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups, and now, a European Cup.

Just to round off an incredible five days, he has been asked to take part in the Olympic torch relay in Swindon today.

"It's like a movie, just like a movie. Even today I still want to be in Munich in that stadium, cheering and celebrating with the fans. It was too quick the first time. I wanted it to be longer," Drogba said.

"Really, I'm so happy because it's the first Champions League final I've won. Since I was a kid I was dreaming of this kind of moment, the scenario was just perfect until I conceded the penalty," he added.

"A few months ago, even a few weeks I would have described this season as the worst of my Chelsea career. There was the knock on my head which was very hard to recover from," he said.
