Washington, June 26 : Penelope Cruz has revealed that she doesn't believe in following diets and instead relies on home cooked meals to keep herself trim.
The Spanish beauty, who admits enjoying her role as a housewife, says that she loves to make fresh food every day.
"I'm a housewife and it's beautiful, the best thing in the world. I know how to cook and it's important to me to make fresh food every day," Contactmusic quoted her as telling HELLO! Magazine.
"I don't do crazy diets, just the good Mediterranean food that I love because it's important to eat well," she added.
