Teenager Katherine Eban bred in New York is the younger of two daughters. Her father basically a statistician practices and teaches law. Her mother is a critic and a theater scholar. Teenager Katherine an investigative reporter focuses on homeland security issues and on public health.
Katherine Eban ‘s works have been published in the Yorker, Vogue Nation and the New Republic. Her first book, Dangerous Doses, published in 2005, revealed the spread of counterfeit prescription drugs in the American supply chain. Her very current piece appears in the Vanity Fair July issue. Her article “Rorschach and Awe, exposes the role of CIA-contracted psychologists in military interrogations and torture. Eban’s essay for the Rhodes about clowning, qualified her for athletic prowess for the Rhodes Scholarship. The essence of clowning, Katherine says is that you are always in a state of discovery looking at everything as new as though you are a child. Your whole world is learnt afresh time and time again.
