tify>The film opens with the
heroine standing on the terrace of a high-rise building, her back to
the camera. As the camera moves up and closes in on her, she turns
towards it with a toss of her long silky hair-shampoo-ad style, the
favourite shot of film-makers to introduce their heroines. Somehow,
the title doesn#$# t come to mind then!
Cut to the hero in a
couple of street-side dance numbers, and then a tiff with his
brother. Move on to the train sequence where the hero-heroine first
meet. A book she#$#s reading covers her face, and then he gets a
glimpse of it, and is instantly smitten by her beauty, the title
song#$#s refrain in the background. But somehow again, one doesn#$#t
catch the relevance of the title!
It#$#s lush, beautiful
Ooty, where the duo have their various encounters, fall in love, and
return home. Then it#$#s parental opposition, elopement, and the near
fatal accident. Incidentally the duo share the same birth-dates,
have same likes and tastes, and now share their same state of
amnesia too. His scheming brother, happy at the memory loss, tries
to push him into a marriage with his business partner#$#s daughter.
Whether the families succeed in getting them married elsewhere forms
the rest.
