Taiyuan [Japan], Nov. 22 : 17 people have been killed and 37 others wounded after 56 vehicles piled up due to snow and rainy weather on the Beijing-Kunming Expressway in north China's Shanxi Province on Monday.
The Xinhua news agency quoted local authorities as saying that the injured people are in stable condition after treatment.
