Kabul [Afghanistan], Feb 11 : A powerful explosion ripped through Lashkargah city of Afghanistan's southern Helmand province on Saturday.
According to initial reports, the blast went off near Kabul bank branch. So far there are no reports regarding the number of casualties, reports the Khamma Press. Confirming the incident, Provincial Governor's spokesman Omar Zwak said that casualties are feared in the explosion.
Some reports also say that a suicide blast caused the explosion..
