Kollam (Kerala) [India], Mar. 20 : The Kerala Police has arrested a grandfather for raping his minor granddaughter and abetting her to commit suicide in Kerala's Kollam.
The incident took place in Kollam's Kundara area. The police arrested Victor, the accused for raping the child for the last one year and also charged with abetting to suicide.
The minor girl found hanged herself on January 15..
