Imphal [Manipur], Oct. 2 : Manipur observed the 147th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi as National Cleanliness Day and Non-Violence Day.
The main function is being held at the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hall, organised by the Manipur Home Department.
