New Delhi [India], Jan. 19 : The National Investigative Agency (NIA) has written to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in connection with a bomb that was found on the railway tracks in Motihari Ghora Sahan in Motihari, Bihar, on October 1, 2016.
Motihari comes under East Champaran district of Bihar. The Bihar Police has so far arrested three people in connection with this case while another two have been nabbed from Delhi.
A two-member team of the NIA has already reached Motihari to carry forward the probe..
