Shimla, Dec 19 : Himachal Pradesh University students belonging to the CPI-M's student wing, the Students Federation of India (SFI), on Thursday staged a protest here to express solidarity with the ongoing agitation against the Citizenship Amendment Act.
However, there was no report of any disruption of traffic owing to the protest.
Protesters condemned the police action on protesting students at Jamia Millia Islamia and the Aligarh Muslim University.
