Tiger Shroff’s ‘Baaghi’ is second most watched film of 2016

New Delhi [India], Sept. 12 : Tiger Shroff-starrer 'Baaghi' ranks second on the Broadcast Research Council of India after Salman Khan's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

After enthralling the audiences in its long theatrical run, 'Baaghi' has also emerged one of the most successful movies which have premiered on Television.

'Baaghi' has a rating of 69, 88,000 on BARC and has superseded other big movies like 'Dilwale,' 'Bajirao Mastani,' 'Fan' and 'Airlift.' BARC is a body which helps in measuring TV audience; it helps to analyze TRP of TV serials, shows and movies.

As per the rating, Tiger's film is second most watched right after the 'Dabangg' actor's film, which says a lot about the work, popularity and fan following of the young star.

An exulted Tiger shared, "Baaghi will always remain a very special film for me. All of us in the team worked very hard to entertain the audience with the film. Everything I do is for them and in return they shower so much love which is so overwhelming." Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapor starrer 'Baaghi' has been one of the most successful movies of 2016.

The film was a declared a super-hit on day one when it opened at 12 crores upon its release and successfully kept the cash counters ringing.

The 'Heropanti' actor had astounded the audiences with his jaw dropping action sequences in the film. The movie was full of high octane sequences and the chemistry between Tiger and Shraddha were loved by one and all.

Directed by Sabbir Khan, produced by ace producer Sajid Nadiadwala, 'Baaghi' was the repeat of the successful makers and won a million hearts yet again.
