Trump’s welcome concert goes smoothly with Toby Keith, 3 Doors Down, Sam Moore, more

Washington D.C. [USA], Jan. 20 [ANI]: Despite prominent members of the musical industry signing out of Donald Trump's 'Make America Great Again Welcome Celebration', the concert recently pulled off with a smooth bang.

Country star Toby Keith, rockers 3 Doors Down, Sam Moore, DJ Ravidrums and classical crossover act The Piano Guys performed, as did soul singer Sam Moore along with several military bands and acts, TMZ reports.

At the event that took place at Washington D.C.'s Lincoln Memorial, actor Jon Voight made a rousing speech about the President-elect, noting the harsh news coverage and the 'barrage of lies' from the start of the campaign.

The 78-year-old veteran ended his tribute by introducing Moore for his performance of 'America the Beautiful.' Voight was the only high-profile Hollywood actor to lend his name to the event.
