3 Doors Down, Toby Keith, Lee Greenwood, more to perform at Trump’s inauguration

Washington D.C. [USA], Jan. 14 : The inauguration concert welcoming the President-elect Donald Trump is poised for a grand celebration.

'3 Doors Down' and country singers Toby Keith and Lee Greenwood will perform at the Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration, reports Rolling Stone.

In a statement, Keith said, "I don't apologize for performing for our country or military. I performed at events for previous presidents Bush and Obama and over 200 shows in Iraq and Afghanistan for the USO." Reportedly, actor Jon Voight will also participate in some capacity at the event, which is open to the public.

Greenwood, who sang his 1984 single 'God Bless the U.S.A.' at the inaugurations of Ronald Reagan, George Bush and George W.

Bush, said, "I'm honored to be part of history again and sing for President-elect Donald Trump. This is a time to overcome challenges in our country and band together." Jackie Evancho will also perform the national anthem at the inauguration.

Also featuring Broadway singer Jennifer Holliday, the Piano Guys and the Frontmen of Country, the concert will take place on the steps of Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
