MINT COOLER

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 1 tsp Mint juice
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Sugar syrup
3-4 Cubes of ice
Lemonade, Mint leaves, Lemon slice.
Grind Mint leaves with very little water, Squeeze through muslin to extract juice. In a glass first add the Mint juice, limejuice. Add Sugar syrup and ice cubes. Top with lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon slice.

 

SUMMER COOLER

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
4 tsp Sugar syrup
6 drops Augustina bitter Soda
Lemon slice coated with salt
Cherry to garnish
First add lemon juice, then the sugar syrup Add 6 drops of bitter. Add ice cubes and top with soda. Coat a slice of lime with salt and drop into a glass. Garnish with a cherry.

 

TEETOTALLER PUNCH

 2 tblspns Lemonade
2 tblspns Gingerale
2 tblspns Lemon juice
2 cups crushed Ice
4-6 Cherries
1 tspn Khus syrup
1 tspn Rose syrup
First start with lemonade, then gingerale. Add limejuice and 1 cup of crushed ice. Drop in 2-3 cherries, add khus syrup then rose syrup. Again add cherries followed by crushed ice. Top with lemonade. Garnish with a slice of orange.

 

VIRGIN MARY

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 2 tblspn Lemon juice
6-7 drops Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tobasco sauce
4-5 Ice cubes
1 can Tomato juice
1 stick of Radish or Cucumber
 Rub the edge of the glass with a slice of lime. Dip into a saucer with salt. Tap to remove excess. Add sauces to chilled tomato juice. Garnish with a vegetable stick and serve.

 

LITCHI PUNCH

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 Litchi Squash 2 cups
Lime juice 6 tspn
Pomegranate syrup 2 tbspns
Apple ½ cup chopped
Melon ½ a cup chopped
Ice 3 cups crushed
Cherry or mint leaf for decoration
Mix all the ingredients Pour into glasses and tp with ice.
Decorate with a mint leaf or a cherry.

 

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 Strawberries 1 cup
Sugar syrup 2 tbspns
Lime juice 1 tspn
Ice 1 cup crushed
Blend all the ingredients together. Pour in a tall glass.
Decorate with a fresh strawberry or a slice of lime and serve.

 

HERBAL ICED TEA

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 Sugar 25 Gms
Water 1 1/2 cups
Lemon Grass 5 tspn chopped
Tea leaves 5 tspn
Lemon slices 2
Add the sugar, water and lemon grass in a pan and boil.
Remove from the gas and add tealeaves. Cover and leave for ½ hour.
Strain. Keep chilled in the fridge.
To serve add 2 tbspns of tea to crushed ice. Add water if needed.
Decorate with a slice of lime

 

ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE REFRESHER

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 Pineapple Juice 4 cups
Orange Juice 2 cups
Lime juice 2 tbspns
Orange Zest 1 tspn grated
Orange segments for decoration
Ice crushed
 Mix all the juices. Add zest. Can add a dash of lemon soda
Decorate with orange segment and serve.

 

THANDAI

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 1 litre milk 
1 can sweetened condensed milk 
30 almonds blanched 
6 tsps whole pumpkin/sunflower seeds (unsalted) 
1 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 
3 tsps rose water (optional) 
Crushed ice 
Rose petals to garnish
Grind the almonds, sunflower/pumpkin seeds, cardamom powder and rose water into a fine paste in a food processor. 
Add the milk, condensed milk and crushed ice to the paste and blend well. 
Strain the drink through a fine seive or muslin and serve in glasses, granished with rose petals.

 

CHATPATA NIMBOO PANI

Ingredients Recipe Recipe
 Juice of 4 lemons 
Sugar/honey to taste 
2 tbsps Jaljira powder (available at most Indian groceries) 
Chilled water 
Crushed ice 
Lemon slices to garnish
Squeeze all lemons to remove juice and strain the juice to remove seeds. Pour into a large jug. 
Add all the remaining ingredients to get desired strength and sweetness and mix well. 
Serve in chilled glasses garnished with lemon slices
