Cucumber Capsicum Tomato Lettuce leaves Carrots Spring onions)—–Shredded 2 cups
1 ½ tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Soya sauce
½ tsp Ajinamoto
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger juice
Boil 100 gm noodles.
Drain, sprinkle 1 tsp refined flour.
Fry in hot oil.
Mix dressing with vegetables, garnish well with fried noodles.

Grind together. Mix well. Toss with salad.

Cabbage 1 cup finely shredded
Spring Onions 6 finely chopped
Green Chillies 2 finely sliced
Coriander leaves ½ cup chopped
Fresh coconut ½ cup grated

Lime Juice 1 tbspn
Oil 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle the grated coconut and coriander on top.

500g watermelons
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves, sprigs for garnish lime juice 
Pinch of salt & freshly ground black pepper
Remove skin, seed and the white part from the watermelon. 
Cut into bite size pieces and put it in a serving bowl. 
Drizzle limejuice over the fruit slices and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. 
Garnish with whole sprigs of mint. 
Serve chilled.
