Nana Patekar draws inspiration from soldiers

Jammu [India], Nov. 16 : Actor Nana Patekar says that he is inspired by the soldiers, who serve on the borders to safeguard the country.

The 65-year-old actor today met the security personnel here during his visit to meet the family of jawan Gurnam Singh, who lost his life while foiling an infiltration bid in Kathua sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

In an interaction with the media, Patekar said, "How can I increase the determination of our soldiers? They inspire me instead.

Be it Eid, Holi or Diwali, they don't even want holidays and are still so happy." He also appreciated the hardships and sacrifices made by the jawans.

Akshay Kumar too, recently visited the BSF base camp in Jammu and paid tribute to all soldiers who lost their lives in ceasefire violations and encounters.

The 'Airlift' actor also expressed his gratitude to the soldiers for guarding the International Border and the LoC.
