New Delhi [India], Apr 12 : Over 20 venues, 23 days, 21 countries, 25 world premieres - Art enthusiasts can mark their calendars for Kunstenfestivaldesarts' 22nd festival edition.
From 5 to 27 May, it will be presenting more than thirty artistic creations, co-producing most of them and presenting their world premieres in Brussels in around twenty different venues in the city.
This year, the Kunstenfestivaldesarts is presenting numerous projects where an approach to reality is prompted, in which borders are blurred, artistic creations in which sensitive experience prevails.
The WIELS art centre will be hosting the opening and closing nights, the start and end points of these three intense weeks, along with several artistic projects.
In 2017, the festival is also joining forces with WIELS in The Absent Museum, an exhibition conceived to open up together a vast trans disciplinary and international artistic space in Brussels that reflects the city's cosmopolitan nature and its diversity.
The festival centre and box office will be located at Palais de la Dynastie / Dynastiepaleis. The tickect sales begin April 13. From that date, you can book tickets by email through press@kfda.be. Kunstenfestivaldesarts 2017 will witness the participation of 39 artistic projects, 22 international co-productions, 25 world premieres,185 shows, 4 exhibitions, 271 artists from 21 different countries, 35 partner-institutions, 25 venues and public places in the city in 23 days of festival.
