Fiinovation, RPG Foundation and KEC International tie-up with MaharajVinayak Society to launch skill development programme in Rajasthan

New Delhi [India], Nov 18 (ANI- Business Wire India): In line with the increasing demand of medical professionals to deal with emergency situations, RPG Foundation, the non-profit arm of RPG Enterprises and KEC International Limited, Jhotwara, Rajasthan, collaborated with Fiinovation, a global CSR consulting firm for implementing their CSR initiative at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Fiinovation will be assisting RPG Foundation and KEC International under their CSR-CSO Partnership practice and MaharajVinayak Society will be implementing the CSR initiative that aims to train individuals in health sector through a skill development programme, focusing on patient care assistance.

The project titled "Sanjeevani Project"- Patient Care Assistant Course" was formally kicked off on 17th November 2016 by KEC International Ltd.

Plant Head Rohit Jhalani. An integrated programme combining health and livelihood, coupled with a robust monitoring mechanism in place, goes a long way towards improving community level socio-economic indicators.

This CSR initiative strives towards the same and post training it will include one month internship at the selected hospitals.

The beneficiaries of this health care initiative are selected from Amer and Jamuwa-Ramgarh Tehsils. After completion of the course, the successful candidates will be certified by the respective sector skill council.

It is expected that at the end of the CSR initiative, 150 young trained professionals will be joining the health sector as assistant patient care executives, extending assistance to the doctors during emergency situations.

As India batters the rising number of epidemics and disease outbreaks, the requirement of medical professionals has painstakingly gone high.

Hence, this integrated project is directed towards creating employment opportunities while addressing the shortfall of medical support staff in the health sector.
