If somebody can’t handle Twitter account, they can’t handle nuclear codes: Obama on Trump

London [UK], Nov. 8 : In his last efforts to campaign for Hillary Clinton, US President Barack Obama during his address in New Hampshire on Sunday levied a new barb at Donald Trump and said the Democratic nominee's campaign does not even trust him with handling his Twitter account.

"If your own campaign can't trust you to tweet, how can we trust you with the nuclear codes," he said taking a jibe at Trump, reports the Guardian.

"They had so little confidence in his self-control they said we're just going to take away your Twitter.

If somebody can't handle a Twitter account, they can't handle the nuclear codes," he said. He then told the audience that they have one more day before they change the country. "This is, I think, gonna be my last big event," Obama said to the cheerful crowd. "We've got one more day, and we can choose the politics of blame and divisiveness and resentment, or you can choose the politics that says we're stronger together," he said.

"We were living through two long wars, the worst economic crisis in eighty years, but because of the American people- we turned the page.

Our businesses have turned job losses into 15.5m new jobs. Incomes and wages are up, and poverty is down," Obama added. Prior to his appearance in the New Hampshire, Obama also met a large crowd in Michigan which was happy to see their President one last time in office.

In Michigan, the President warned the crowd to not fall for Trump's 'okey-doke'. "Manufacturing jobs have come back. "The auto industry has record sales. I think I've earned some credibility here," he said, adding, "When I tell you that Donald Trump is not the guy who's going to look out for you, you've got to listen.

Don't be bamboozled. Don't fall for the okey-doke." The President also admitted that was feeling a little sentimental..
