New Delhi [India], Mar.10 : V.M. Sudheeran resigned as Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president on health grounds on Friday. Sudheeran declared his decision at KPCC headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram. The resignation letter will be given to the All-India Congress Committee President Sonia Gandhi later in the day.
