Leopard skin seized from Simlipal Tiger Reserve

Baripada (Odisha) [India], Nov. 5 : A leopard skin has been seized in the Simlipal Tiger Reserve in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district. Forest department officials said that the leopard was about seven feet in length and was poached by hunters with the aim of selling its skin for a handsome amount of money.

The officials also revealed that poaching has become quite routine because of a negligent approach to the threat.
