Pak will pay price for its barbaric misadventure, says BJP

New Delhi [India], Oct. 29 : Pakistan will have to pay a heavy price for its barbaric misadventures on the border area of India warned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday.

"The barbaric incident that they have done with our soldier will be replied in equal measure. We should have no doubt that they will pay a price for carrying out this kind of barbaric adventure on Indian soldiers," BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh told ANI.

Singh further said the decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to spend time with soldiers on Diwali would be seen as a great source of motivation.

Last night, in an encounter close to the Line of Control in the Machhal sector, an Indian Army soldier lost his life and a terrorist was neutralised.

During the encounter, one of the terrorists mutilated the body of the soldier before fleeing into Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).

"This barbarism is a true reflection which pervades in official and non-official organisations across the border.

This act will invite an appropriate response," the Indian Army said in a statement. This morning, heavy mortar shelling by Pakistan was reported in Kathua and Abdullian area of the RS Pura Sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

Indian troops are giving a befitting response to the repeated ceasefire violations..
