Pakistan announces unchanged squad for Australia Tour

Karachi [Pakistan], Nov. 28 : The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced an unchanged squad for the upcoming three-match Test series against Australia starting next month.

The cricket board, said in a statement, that the team has been finalised by chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq and the National Selection Committee after consultations with the team's head coach and Test skipper Misbah-ul-Haq, reported the Dawn.

Sharjeel Khan and Mohammad Rizwan, who were Pakistan's only inclusions for the two-test Test series against New Zealand, have retained their place in the 16-man squad.

The series against Australia begins with a day-night Test in Brisbane on December 15, followed by games at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (Dec 26-30) and the Sydney Cricket Ground (Jan 3-7, 2017) Pakistan squad: Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), Azhar Ali, Sami Aslam, Sharjeel Khan, Younis Khan, Asad Shafiq, Babar Azam, Sarfraz Ahmed (wk), Mohammad Rizwan, Yasir Shah, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz, Rahat Ali, Sohail Khan, Imran Khan.
