Gushing over his Chicago-born wife, POTUS wrote, "To the girl from the South Side who took on a role she didn't ask for and made it her own: Happy Birthday, Michelle." The adorable picture showed the two waving away while sitting behind a golf cart.
"I love you," he wrote. This comes a week after the 55-year-old president delivered his final speech, thanking Obama for her constant support, according to etonline.com.
The mother of two was also emotional during her final address as first lady earlier this month, when she encouraged young people not to "let anyone make you feel like you don't matter, or like you don't have a place in our American story." "Young people, don't be afraid.
