Rudresh murder case: ACMM to hear defamation case on Nov. 14

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], Nov. 7 : An Additional Chief Metropolitan Court (ACMM) on Monday adjourned the hearing on defamation case filed by Congress MLA Roshan Baig against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Shobha Karandlaje in connection with Rudresh murder case for November 14.

Karandlaje had accused Baig of paying 'supari' in connection with the murder case of RSS worker Rudresh.

Karandlaje last week said the Congress minister instigated the murder of Rudresh as the latter was politically growing in stature in Shivajinagar.

Karandlaje alleged that Baig wasn't tolerable towards Rudresh and his political growth in the constituency, and thus, he instigated the Popular Front of India (PFI) and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) activists to murder the RSS workers.

Rudresh was hacked to death near Commercial Street in the city on October 16..
