London [England], Sep. 2 : A latest clip of the epic 'Beauty and the Beast' has given a hint to fans as to what can be expected from Emma Watson in the character of Belle.
The brief behind-the-scenes video shows the actress participating in the first table read as the popular Disney princess, alongside former 'Downton Abbey' star Dan Stevens as the Beast, reports the Independent.
Last week, the first look at Ewan McGregor and Ian McKellen as the Beast's trusty sidekicks Lumiere and Cogsworth was revealed.
It also had Emma Thompson and Luke Evans starring as the motherly Mrs Potts and arrogant Gaston respectively.
The flick is helmed by 'Twilight Saga's' Bill Condon and is taken from a screenplay by 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower's' Stephen Chbosky.
Condon in the clip, said, "I was so excited to hear that Disney was thinking about doing a live-action version of Beauty and the Beast.
When something is so perfect, why get near it? The answer is technology has caught up to the ideas that were introduced in that movie." Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken would be re-recording songs from the original 1991 animated film along with his and Tim Rice's fresh material.
The 25th-anniversary edition of the original movie will be released on 6 September, featuring a full bonus feature on the making of the reboot.
Beauty and the Beast arrives in the UK on March 17..
