Succession planning discussed at conference in Gurugram

New Delhi [India], Oct 1 : Collaborative Climate organized and moderated a discussion on "Succession planning - Building Future" as a part of its 'Unconference' series.

The ninth conference in the series, the event took place at DLF Cyber City, Phase 3, Gururgram, with the collaboration of Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), witnessed participation by senior executives of organisations such as Jubilant, Samsung, Lanco, Anand Group, Securitas, Uflex, HDFC etc.

The pace setter for the event was Deepak Bharara, CHRO - Lanco Infratech Ltd. The participants discussed various aspects of execution of a successful succession planning program. Various models of succession planning were discussed in depth and pros and cons were brought to the table for a wholesome understanding of the topic.

What emerged was a need to look at the challenge as a philosophy rather than an event. Collaborative Climate is an entity in the space of Learning and Development and HR Solutions for organisations.

They work with organisations in instilling value and power of collaboration at the workplace for a more concerted spirit and climate.
