Tiger Shroff who has gone through his share of injuries during the shooting of action sequences says it is tough for an actor to draw the line between safety and recklessness when doing a dangerous stunt. “You want it give it your best. So you keep pushing yourself. Aur thoda aur thoda… It gets riskier and riskier. Sometimes you miscalculate the level of danger and things go wrong.”

Breaking: Release of SS Rajamouli’s directorial RRR postponed

Rajamouli’s eagerly-awaited post Baahubali project strangely entitled RRR is delayed. The film which was to be released in July 2020 is now likely to be released in January 2021 for Pongal.

Breaking Release of SS Rajamouli’s directorial RRR postponed

A source close to the development explains, “There are two very busy Telugu superstars (NTR Jr and Ramcharan Teja) whose dates have to be co-ordinated. And there are two extremely busy Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn who are also part of the cast. Getting their dates synchronized is taking more effort than Rajamouli had imagined.”

However another source in the know says there is another relevant reason for the release delay. “Raja Sir has decided to add more action sequences to the film. These would be very hi-tech not seen before kind of stunts featuring Ram, NTR Jr and Devgn. Raja Sir wants the stunts to be better than what we saw in Baahubali,” says the source.

For a Rajamouli creation, we don’t mind waiting.

Salman Khan rejects Boney Kapoor, borrows his Wanted franchise

Salman Khan and Prabhu Dheva are finally getting back together for the sequel to their 2009 hit Wanted. But, Boney Kapoor, who was the producer of the original film, is nowhere to be seen in the sequel.

Salman Khan rejects Boney Kapoor, borrows his Wanted franchise

Sources say Salman Khan is loathe to work with Boney Kapoor for “personal reasons” (Salman’s former sister-in-law Malaika Arora is in a relationship with Boney’s son Arjun Kapoor). But he is keen on doing a Wanted sequel with Prabhu Dheva as his Eid 2020 release. Hence, the sequel to Salman’s Wanted is going to be made under Khan’s own production banner – Salman Khan Films.

Says a source in the know, “Salman and Prabhu Dheva are doing a Wanted sequel. They won’t take Boney Kapoor’s consent. But, they will do the sequel anyway.”

Sources close to Boney say he would have happily given Salman Khan the go-ahead to the sequel without Boney as producer. “He isn’t the kind to hold grudges or someone who would do anything out of spite. All Salman had to do was ask Boney and Wanted would have been given to Salman. Doing it without consent is not proper. But Boney is not taking any legal action,” says the source.
