Washington D.C. [USA], Nov. 13 : Kim Cattrall, who stars as Samantha Jones in the American romantic comedy series 'Sex and the City', recently gave a cryptic answer to a speculated reunion of the ladies.
The 60-year-old star gave fans a little hope when she replied to a Wendy Williams show segment on November 12 via Twitter, writing, "I'm so unbelievably flattered (and) moved.
Can't WAIT 2 get back 2 the serious business of making u all laugh! Fingers x'd," as noted by the Hollywood Reporter.
This was in response to rumors about a possible 'Sex and the City' spinoff the fans have been speculating since 2010, when their hit film 'Sex and the City 2' last hit theaters.
Reportedly, Cattrall is also very near and dear to many fans, as she portrayed the spunky publicist, Samantha Jones, for nearly six years.
If that happens, it would mean that her three former co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon could also be reprising their roles.
Even though nothing is signed and confirmed just yet, fans are already rejoicing at the idea of seeing their favorite ladies navigating the dating scene from a new and evolved perspective.
