Remembering Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin on his 10th death anniversary

Washington D.C. [USA], Sept. 5 : Playing tribute to the epic 'Crocodile Hunter' host Steve Irwin, his daughter Bindi shared a sweet throwback photo on his 10th death anniversary.

"You'll be my hero for my entire existence. I love you more than words can describe," the season 21 'Dancing With the Stars' champion captioned an Instagram snap of her late dad smiling while holding her up in one hand, reports Us magazine.

Steve's wife Terri Irwin also took to Twitter to honor her late husband on Australian Father's Day. "Happy Father's Day Australia. Hug your dad," the 52-year-old Terri captioned a photo of Steve holding a young crocodile alongside his two children Bindi and Robert.

Earlier this week, his parents Bob and Lyn Irwin, remembered their late son by sharing a heartfelt nostalgic letter that he wrote to them at the age of 32.

The beloved Australian wildlife expert died at the age of 44 in 2006 after being pierced in the heart by a stingray while filming an underwater documentary about the deadliest sea animals.
