Request Naxals to come out and talk rather than hiding: Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Raipur (Chhattisgarh) [India], Feb 27: Spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has commented the growing menace of Naxal elements across the nation, and expressed his desire to help them in all situations.

"If they are fighting for poverty, then we are there are help them. I request them to come out in open so that we can talk and resolve issues rather than hiding in the bushes.

This is the moment to leave the bullet and come to the ballot, through conversations we will get thing crossed and solved," Sri Sri Ravi Shankar told ANI.

Talking about 'Happiness Survey' that he has introduced, he further noted that he wants to ensure it helps children and youth to come up in life.

"I'm recently conducting a 'Happiness Survey' on which I have got mixed responses from the audience. The areas where I'm getting positive response is satisfying but I would also like to know why are the negatives response coming and the reason applied to it.

If you go to see we have 450 schools in naxal areas, but no proper education is being given there. Only through yoga and spirituality we can have peace in society and vice-versa uplift children and youth," said the guru.
