Sufi version of ‘Dum Dum’ connects Diljit ’emotionally’ with ‘Phillauri’

New Delhi [India], Mar. 11 : Diljit Dosanjh has reasons to rejoice! Other than experiencing elevation in his career graph, he marked his first step in Sufi music with the reprised version of 'Dum Dum' from his upcoming flick 'Phillauri.' Sharing his experience on the same, the "emotional" Punjabi munda said, "Phillauri is a truly special film for me.

It has been a fantastic experience to associate with this film as an actor as well as a singer. I have sung my first Sufi song of my career for Phillauri and this itself makes it reason enough for me to be more emotionally connected with the film.

I seek your love as the song launches and I hope that you will love it as much as I have loved singing this song." Diljit shared the video on Facebook today that sees him along with few foreign artistes, as visuals of him and Anushka appear in the backdrop.

'Phillauri, which marks the directorial debut of Anshai Lal, also stars Suraj Sharma in the lead. The second production venture of Anushka Sharma, this movie is set to release on March 24, 2017..
